ITU Telecom Asia 2008 - Youth Forum: One Laptop per Child
One Laptop per Child’s Director for Europe, Middle East & Africa, Matt Keller, addresses the Opening session of the ITU Telecom Asia 2008 Youth Forum in Bangkok on 31 August 2008. 100 XO laptops are donated to the Youth Forum fellows by One Laptop per Child (OLPC), an ITU partner. The gift forms part of ITU’s initiative to promote affordable devices to increase access to ICT.

Currently this video file has the audio out of synch it seems, and most of the video track seems to be showing only the slideshow instead of showing Nicholas Negroponte on stage. Perhaps CEA will release a better video file of this keynote soon.
