		<description>Brazil has some rule that they have and open bid to test all options before committing large amounts of money such as for one million laptops.

Also there might be some worries about being the first country to commit that much money to the project, so it might be Brazil prefers to wait a few months to see what other countries are doing.</description>

		<description>I have tears in my eyes as I know the  children in Serra Talhada, Pernambuco, Brasil would love to own one of these machines. Is it true Brasil is no longer part of this project? The Education Dept in Serra Talhada could help distribute these lovely computers to those who are most in need. Please help. Please reply.</description>
